  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili flakes (optional)
  • 1 tbsp for garnish
  • 2 spring onion, chopped

Preparation Steps

  1. Wash and peel carrots. Cut them into equal matchstick -shaped pieces (julien) or thin slices for cooking.
  2. Prepare the aromatic: Garlic, grind ginger, and slices the spring onion.

Cooking Instructions
